PTU Konnichiwa

PTU Konnichiwa

This tutorial was written by me on April 15, 2015.
It was made out of my own creation and any similarity is purely coincidental.
I used PSP X6 but any version would work.

Do not use this tube unless you have a license.

Mask:  WSL 3 & 84  HERE

Let’s start with the mask layer: 
New Raster – 800 X 800.
Open Paper 6.  Open mask (WSL 3) and minimize.
SELECTIONS – SELECT ALL – Copy and paste Paper 3 into selection.
Go to LAYERS – NEW MASK LAYER – FROM IMAGE – SOURCE LUMINANCE - CHECKED – from menu, find WSL 3 – OK.
Duplicate and merge down.
NEW RASTER LAYER - Open paper 5.  Open next mask (WSL 84) and minimize.
SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - Copy and paste Paper 5 into selection.
Go to LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - from menu, find WSL 84 - OK.
Duplicate, merge down then re-size 115%.

There is no frame layer:
Now onto some elements: 
Fujiama Mist - C/P and re-size 95%.  Move to upper middle of tag.

Cherry Tree - C/P and move a little bit up on tag.
(see tag for placement)
Tahaku Panel - C/P and re-size 80%.  Move lower middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Fan - C/P and re-size 75%.  Leave it in the middle of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Flutterbys - C/P and re-size 75%.  Leave it in the middle of tag, but move it up just a bit.

Lanterns - C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to far left and just a little bit down on tag.  Duplicate and mirror.

  Flower 5 - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to lower right side of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Cloisone Vase 2 - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to far right corner of tag over Flower 5.

Cloisone Vase - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom left corner of tag.
(see tag for placement)
Crane - C/P and re-size 40%.  Move to bottom right side of tag on the left side of Cloisone Vase 2.

I placed the tube layer(s) here: 
If you are using the same one as me, grab your chosen version now.  C/P and move to bottom middle of tag.

More Elements:
Tea Table - C/P and re-size 80%.  Move to bottom middle of tag.

Tea Set - C/P and re-size 20%.  Move to bottom left side of tea table.
(see tag for placement) 
Coleus - C/P and re-size 30%.  Move to bottom right side of tea table.  Duplicate and mirror.

Orchid 2 - C/P and re-size 25%.  Move to bottom right side of Coleus.  Duplicate and mirror.

Word Art - C/P and move to upper middle of tag.  I did a quick drop shadow just for the word art with the following settings:

Add drop shadow to layers of your choosing.
I've used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .png and re-size if you wish.
I re-size before I add name and © info and then save.
